F. A. C. E.   EMPLOYMENT   OPPORTUNITIES
WE ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR AREA COORDINATORS!

FACE Area Coordinators are carefully chosen to represent our organization.  Their duties include finding and interviewing potential host families, placing students in loving and caring homes, and acting as local liaisons between the students’ native family, FACE and it’s overseas affiliates.  Area coordinators act in a supervisory role to ensure that the homestay is a rewarding and happy experience for the student.  Area Coordinators are on call should problems develop, and are trained in all aspects of the exchange program.  They conduct monthly check-ups and reports to ensure that the students are safe, well cared for, and succeeding in their homestay experience.  They answer any questions, enroll the students in the schools, and provide support for the host family and student.

Area Coordinators also plan get-togethers, bringing the students and host families in their areas together for social activities.. Trips to local zoos, museums and amusement parks are conducted.  Holiday celebrations such as pumpkin carving parites for Halloween, Thanksgiving meal preparations, Christmas parties and talent shows are just some of the activities conducted by the area coordinators.
